Jeff Schutzler was born in California, but moved to Washington when he was twelve. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Sociology/Criminology in 1997. After graduating, he travelled by train through Europe, and briefly settled in Galway, Ireland. Soon after, he worked his way through Australia, and spent a few months in Southeast Asia, where his love for photography greatly developed. He decided to settle again in Galway, and lived in the West of Ireland for about 6 more years. He started Connemara Photography, and sold his photographs in the Galway Market as well as his own Co-op, Tús Craft Design in the Bridge Mills.

Jeff is now in the process of re-settling in Vancouver, where he hopes his success as a wedding and landscape photographer will continue.
